I took art lessons from my dad, and he said, “What do you see?” I told him, and this was what he wanted me to always do before I made any paint marks. He washed my brushes when I was through with a painting, or part of one. It took two, or three visits to actually finish a painting. Once he showed me how to make water alive. I will never forget what he did to the painting, and yes, it worked.
